Next YogaFaith Session Starts:

The next YogaFaith session will run from March 11th - May 31st (no class April 1st or May 13th).

YogaFaith - Gentle Flow/Hatha Yoga

This class is suited for beginners - advanced beginners who are relatively injury-free, and able to stand, sit, and kneel on the floor.

What should I bring?
Bring a yoga mat, if you have one, and some water.

What if I don't have a yoga mat?
Don't worry if you don't have your own yoga mat. One will be provided to you for use during class.

Can I still come if I've taken some yoga classes before or am completely new to yoga?
Absolutely! I teach mixed-level classes designed to help you find and develop your personal practice. I provide guidance and modifications to help you find the best expression of the postures your body needs today.

About the Instructor

Karla believes that growth starts by accepting ourselves exactly as we are and where we are. Her desire is to help individuals develop holistic connection with themselves and the Creator both on and off the mat. With special emphasis on the breath, alignment, and connection, her gentle and light-hearted guidance will help you develop & personalize your practice.

She became a Registered YogaFaith Trainer (R-YFT) through the Northwest Christian Yoga Academy and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance in November 2017.

While Karla teaches Christ-centered yoga classes, you do not need to be a Christian to benefit. All are welcome!
