Yoga FAQs

When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class.  This will allow you to check-in and get set-up for class.  Doors will be open 15-minutes prior to the start of class.

What should I wear?
Wear clothing that is comfortable and stretches. Nothing restrictive as I want you to feel comfortable. You may also wish to bring socks to keep your feet warm during our resting pose at the end of class.

What should I bring?
Bring a yoga mat, if you have one, and some water.

What if I don't have a yoga mat?
Don't worry if you don't have your own yoga mat. One will be provided to you for use during class.

Can I still come if I've taken some yoga classes before or am completely new to yoga?
Absolutely! I teach mixed-level classes designed to help you find and develop your personal practice. I provide guidance and modifications to help you find the best expression of the postures your body needs today.

Can I still come if I don't pre-register?
While pre-registration is requested it is not required for regular YogaFaith classes.  Pre-registration is required for workshops or other special events.

How do I pay for the class?
You may pay by debit/credit card online through PayPal (no PayPal account required!) using the "Buy Now" button located in the right side-bar of this website. You may also pay by cash (exact change requested) or debit/credit card when you come to class.
